La Nueva Boutique Hotel Hanoi & Spa

The weather was wonderful, had such wonderful stay with smiling service. The staff was excellent friendly and efficient all that time. I stayed in the room that was well maintained and clean and available with especially comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, the check in was smooth. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. Everything was simply very good.

After a terrible exprience in another hanoi hotel we had a warm bath in this hotel. Everything is perfect. No commentbat all. We did the halong baybday trip, perfect organised! Compliments for the staff! We had a pleasant stay!

Courtesy of staff is exemplary. Good standard of comfort and excellent value for money. It would be hard to fault this hotel and I have travelled widely and paid much more for a whole lot less!

It's really hard to pick one point that makes this a special hotel but if I had to pick one it would be their customer service. From the moment you walk in the door they make you feel like you are their only priority. They know always know exactly what you want/need, even before you know it yourself. Very helpful, informative and above all caring (at one point my partner sniffled and was immediately offered some warm tea to help fend off a cold). I will definitely return and will recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone going to Hanoi.

This hotel lives up to its good reviews. The staff were friendly and helpful.The room was comfortable and clean, and the location excellent. The rooftop resturant had creative delicious food at a reasonable price with great views. It is worth a visit whether you stay here or not.

The staff were extremely efficent and helpful and very knowledgeable regarding local tours, flights and local area ( sites, resturants, markets). I recommend using their travel desk as the staff have your best interest at heart. They will book your Ha Long trip for you and you know you will get a reputable cruise company.

The staff were the best. Did everything possible to help us out when we had an unexpeced change of plans. Clean, comfortable and modern rooms. Great location and value for money. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend.

The drivers they arranged for the city tour and for halong bay tour didn't speak english and were terrible drivers, but I don't know if thwy can control this.

The spa treatments, like the full body massage and foot massage, were just what I needed to unwind. If I had to nitpick, the rooftop bar could use a few more patrons to create a livelier vibe 😊
